Wellthy adjective - characterized by focusing on good habits to make it easier to make healthy choices to have a balanced, healthy life that includes enjoying simple pleasures without guilt.

I was today year’s old when I realized we’ve all been putting trash bags in wrong. You don’t need to open the bag and shake it out and make all that noise. If you look closely, you’ll see that when you pull out a new trash bag, it’s inside-out. Notice the seams are on the outside rather than the inside. The bag is designed to be opened and placed over the trash bin rim like a hat, and then you push it down into the can. Who knew!?

This is an example of a life hack—a strategy, technique, or shortcut to save time, make you more efficient, or make your life easier. If you want to be wellthy, you need some life hacks. What follows is a list of life hacks related to technology, food/drink, health and fitness, money savers, around the house, school, and life tips.

If you are interested in more life hacks1, I found these hacks and many more in the book Life Hacks by Keith Bradford. Note: This is an affiliate link. As an Amazon Associate, I earn from qualifying purchases.
